The Hambleton Suite

 

  • A purpose built conference and banqueting suite, complete with air conditioning
  • Natural day light, from floor to ceiling windows and doors which give
  • Direct access in to the gardens for team building activities.
  • The Hambleton Suite has two outdoor terrace areas.
  • The Hambleton Suite is wheelchair accessible.

The Beech Room

 

  • A purpose built conference and banqueting suite, complete with air conditioning,
  • Natural day light, from floor to ceiling windows and doors which
  • Direct access in to the gardens for team building activities.
  • The Beech Room has its own private terrace area.
  • The Beech Room is wheelchair accessible.

The Dales Room

 

  • A purpose built conference and banqueting suite, complete with air conditioning,
  • Natural day light, from floor to ceiling windows and doors which give
  • Direct access in to the gardens for team building activities.
  • The Dales Room has its own private terrace area.
  • The Dales Room is wheelchair accessible.

The Hutton Room

 

  • Across the hotel courtyard the Hutton Room gives a sense of privacy.
  • A private reception room (15ft x 7ft approx) adjoins the entrance to the Hutton Room, which is useful for coffee breaks.

Conference Equipment

 

  • When additional equipment is required, the following rates apply:
  • Flipchart, Stand, Pad and Pens £15.00
  • TV and Video/DVD Player £40.00
  • Microphone £45.00
