The Restaurant at Solberge Hall is exclusively for residents of the hotel and pre-booked private dining is also available.  

Residents can choose from an extensive bar menu with an array of classic dishes or Chef’s Menu of the Day with a selection of delicious starters, main course and desserts.   All our ingredients are locally sourced and freshly pre-pared by our team of dedicated chefs.

Private dining can take place in the Dinning Room or the Drawing room for up to 35 people while large functions will be held in the opulence of our Hambleton Suite.   Our Head Chef has written an impressive selection of menus and dishes to suit all tastes, and with our Events Manager, he will be on hand to arrange the perfect private event for you.
